Gregg just completed work as head aerial rigger/designer on #RickyMartin "ALL IN" SHOW At the Park Theater in Las Vegas' Monte Carlo Resort.
Gregg worked with Director Jaime King, Supervising Choreographers Jason Young & Paul Kirkland of #801productions, Choreographers Ruthy Inchaustegui (remember Ruthy from dance class and AIReal Yoga teacher), Leo Moctezuma and the #rickymartindancers. Gregg configured a brand new unique bungee technology that allowed for a hybrid flying system bungee and hard line flying. The show is running along side the Cher & Bruno Mars shows. (#rickymartinallin, #rickymartindancers, #801productions, @ruthyinchaustegui, @sarahmjames1, @erikamarosi, @ektorsilva, #JamieKing, #davilorenzomusic, ) Gregg directed the Home Depot Sales Manager Meeting #HomedepotSMM2017 in Las Vegas. What do these two brands have in common you ask? Do you know that a majority of the parts and pieces of Burning Man art projects come from Home Depot? Long time Burning Man attendee, Keith Greco who has been building art projects for Burning Man for the past 15 years, actually made an entire Burning Man camp out of products that he bought at Home Depot.
The Golden State Warriors broke ground in San Francisco on Monday afternoon at the future site of the Chase Center. The ceremony included speeches from San Francisco Mayor Edwin M. Lee, Owners Joe Lacob and Peter Gruber, Steve Kerr and Kevin Durant and The Aerial Studio's very own Kevin Holland and Aaron Nelson (Aerialists) and Josh Rasile and Ed Bossert (Stuntmen and Parkour). Kevin Holland and Aaron Nelson are graduates of The Aerial Studio's teen troupe program and were able to have had this amazing experience on a professional rig. Great Job Team! USA TODAY - Those faux construction workers did backflips down the aisles, all part of the circus that was the Chase Center celebration party. More than 700 dignitaries, Warriors officials and media members packed a bayside tent, only to be awed by a grand finale that was equal parts pomp and circumstance. The curtain that featured an image of the arena was raised, the sun poured in, and construction equipment came to life as if this was a scene straight from Disney’s “Fantasia.” Add in the cheery choir performance at the start, Kevin Durant saying, "That he’ll stick around long enough to play in the building a few seasons from now," and the fact that the Warriors had routed their rival Cleveland Cavaliers just hours before, and the mood among those in attendance couldn’t have been much brighter.
