Verify availability: Please, always check with The Aerial Studio to confirm we can hold a space for your student before submitting your request for a Purchase Order (PO), as many of our classes do sell out. Email us at info@theaerialstudio.net to confirm. Class date, time, and student name: Ensure the class date(s) and time(s) are included on the PO, as well as the student name(s). Multiple dates and multiple students can be listed on a single purchase order, but student name(s) on the PO must match the registered student(s) exactly. Pricing: Each class should be billed at the drop-in rate rather than the semester package rate. Confirm receipt: The Aerial Studio must receive the original Purchase Order before your student is considered enrolled in the class. Once the studio receives the PO, we will register your student in our scheduling system and you will receive email confirmation directly from TeamUp. |
