So who is this Gregg Curtis, some of you may be wondering? For those of you who don't know this crazy genius, Gregg is kind of a big deal. His creativity has propelled him through an incredible international career in the performing arts starting with his time as a national champion gymnast. Gregg trained at the US Olympic Training Center from 1990-1993 and was at one time the best male gymnast in America. (He was one of the first men to be able to do a triple back!)

October was crazy busy for Gregg!
He was the Technical Producer for #FuerzaBruta at the #AdobeMaxBash2015. Working with Special Occassion Events. He was responsible for all the technical aspects of bringing the Mylar number from Buenos Aires, Argentina and ensuring that we were able to comply with an extremely technical rider. Can imagine when you are moving a pool of water with six people on it over the audiences head - Yikes! It was an honor for him to work with the director Fabio who's character Gregg had played 10 years ago in Delaguarda. He was also working with the Red Bull High Performance Team Athletes (#RBHighperformance) in the "performing under pressure workshop series". Along side Cirque Du Soleil Director and my former cast-mate Benoit Potvin, we offered these athletes a glimpse of the creative process of Cirque Du Soleil. The athletes involved where: Kirsten Sweetland, Sarah Hendrickson, Tatum Monod, Michelle Parker, Mike "Flamesword" Chavez, JT Holmes, Aaron Colton, Bobby Brown, DK Walsh, Shaun Walsh, Will Weisman, Alex Debelov, Jake Paul. |
